Commemorative Dates (Yahrzeit)
The yahrzeit is the anniversary of a death - a time to remember family and friends who have passed away. We mark this time by reciting the Mourner’s Kaddish, lighting a candle, and sharing memories of the person who has died. You can use the Hebrew or Gregorian dates and yahrzeits will be read out on the  Shabbat following the anniversary unless otherwise requested.  Annual notifications will be sent to you in advance advising you of these Shabbat services.
