In conjunction with Mitzvah Day International, we have a range of activities from 9am onwards, which aim to make a positive impact and benefit the wider community. Mitzvah Day was born out of the belief that we can all make a positive difference - this year's Mitzvah Day theme is "Stronger Together". Come and share the Mitzvah spirit!

For all activities except the Blood Drive, meet at TBI.

There are a number of ways to contribute, including:

- Opportunities to donate items for the Avalon Centre and Project Dignity - backpacks and stationery for school children, children's books, and pet food
- Blood Drive - 9am at Caulfield Donor Centre - remember to check your eligibility and register at https://www.lifeblood.com.au/
- Making Cards for Israeli children and soldiers - activity suitable for all ages
- Singing for seniors with the TBI Choir
- Making donuts at the KDS King's Carnival
- Wrapping items to be distributed through Impact for Women
- Knitting/crocheting items for those in need
- Gardening or maintenance work around TBI

Also, if you've attended Mitzvah Day in the past and no longer need your volunteer t-shirt, please return this to the TBI Office before Mitzvah Day (24 November) so that it may be re-used.
If you're planning to help out this year, we encourage you to wear the shirt you may already have from a previous event.
