Introduction to Judaism brings a blend of classroom and experiential learning, it provides a foundational understanding of Progressive Judaism. This class is for people seeking to deepen their knowledge of Judaism - its wisdom, practices, beliefs, customs, people and stories. Classroom learning will draw from the well of Jewish wisdom and literature, both classical and contemporary. The experiential component, Living Judaism, will provide the opportunity to partake in the richest aspects of Jewish life, from festival meals, prayer and meditation to study sessions and, of course, more traditional foods.
