Continuing Your Hebrew Learning Journey!

Semester 1, 2025, builds on the Introduction to Hebrew for Adults series, offering intermediate students an opportunity to explore Book 2: Aleph Isn’t Enough – Hebrew for Adults. Designed by the Progressive Movement in the US, this course provides a meaningful way for adults to deepen their Hebrew skills for religious practice.

Starting with the ability to decode written Hebrew, this semester will expand your knowledge of the Hebrew language, enhancing your understanding of its use in Jewish life, rituals, study, and traditions. The course concludes with an engaging exploration of biblical texts, focusing on the nuances of translation, improving your comprehension, and enriching your participation in services.

Course Material: Aleph Isn’t Enough (copies provided by TBI, included in the course fee)
Duration: 20 one-hour sessions 

Tuesday Nights 6:15pm-7:15pm 

4 Feb - 1 April

22 April - 1 July

Cost: $613 (includes textbook and course fees)
